Grŵp Cynefin is continuing to deliver the ambitions of its corporate plan, Lle i Berthyn / A Place to Belong, by investing in new values-led roles. These roles will help shape the next chapter of the organisation.
The housing sector is changing quickly, bringing both opportunities and challenges for tenants, customers, communities and landlords. In response, Grŵp Cynefin is strengthening its People and Culture department with three key roles. They will help the organisation improve services, strengthen engagement, support its people, and build even stronger relationships with partners and stakeholders across Wales.
Grŵp Cynefin is now recruiting for:
- Head of Communications and Public Affairs
- Head of Tenant and Customer Excellence
- Human Resources Business Partner
The roles will play an important part in helping the organisation listen, learn and continuously improve. They will support Grŵp Cynefin’s ambition to:
- provide excellent tenant and customer experiences
- communicate with clarity and impact
- develop its people and leadership capacity
- work collaboratively with partners to deliver positive outcomes for communities
