If you are emailing us, make sure you include enough information for us to process your enquiry first time, otherwise we may have to request further details.

Lines are open between 8.30am and 5.00pm  Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You may be asked to answer a few security questions before we can proceed with your enquiry.

You can also use the same telephone number outside of office hours to access our emergency on-call service – 0300 111 2122.

It operates between 5.00pm and 8.30am Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays and 24hours on weekends.
