Grŵp Cynefin appoints a Chief Executive

Grŵp Cynefin, one of north Wales’s leading housing associations, has appointed Melville Evans as its new Chief Executive.

Mel has been Interim Chief Executive at the landlord, which owns and manages around 4,600 homes across north Wales and Powys, for the past 12 months.

Previously Director of Innovation and Growth for Grŵp Cynefin, Mel Evans joined the group in 2021 from Clwyd Alyn where he was a Development Project Manager. He has previously worked for Flintshire County Council, Tai Clwyd and Tai Eryri.

Tim Jones, Chair of Grŵp Cynefin’s Board of Management says:
