Grŵp Cynefin expands workforce and creates new employment opportunities across north Wales
Grŵp Cynefin is growing, and we’re looking for skilled craftspeople to join our in-house team across north Wales. We have 11 job opportunities available, for labourers, plasterers, electricians, joiners and more. If you take pride in your trade, this is your chance to put your skills to work where they really count.
The recruitment drive forms part of Grŵp Cynefin’s continued investment in its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), enabling more work to be delivered in-house. By expanding its workforce, the organisation can respond more quickly to repairs and maintenance needs, improve efficiency, and ensure homes are ready for tenants sooner.
As one of north Wales’ biggest housing association, we look after homes and neighbourhoods right across the region, and we want to help our people get on. If you join us, you’ll have room to pick up new skills, grow in your trade and build a proper career.
Everyone’s welcome here. It doesn’t matter where you’re from or how you got into your trade. What matters is what you can do and what you bring to the team. We treat people fairly and with respect, and we want our team to look like the communities we work in.
Good homes, strong communities and a chance for people to do well are what our plan, A Place to Belong, is all about. That goes for our tenants, it goes for our tradespeople and all our staff.
Rhodri Owen, Director of Assets and Growth at Grŵp Cynefin, said:
“We’re looking for talented people to join our growing internal workforce. By expanding our team, we can respond faster, build stronger relationships with colleagues, customers and partners, and continue to deliver work that reflects our commitment to providing excellent services. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.”
Grŵp Cynefin is currently recruiting across north Wales, with opportunities for electricians, joiners, plasters, painters and decorators, and labourers.
