Grŵp Cynefin Launches Recruitment Drive to Increase and Speed up Housing Provision for Tenants
Grŵp Cynefin is taking a significant step towards expanding its Internal Maintenance Service (DLO) team, with 19 new maintenance jobs as well as three exciting apprenticeship opportunities.
Seven of the roles will be based within Grŵp Cynefin’s subsidiaries, with five positions at Canllaw, which operates across the counties of Gwynedd and Anglesey, and two posts with Conwy and Denbighshire Care and Repair.
This substantial investment by Grŵp Cynefin is part of a broader strategy to improve and Speed up the process of preparing empty properties for letting to new tenants.
