Don’t delay reporting a problem

The Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) is a set of rules that all social landlords must follow to make sure your home is safe, healthy and comfortable.

The new WHQS rules mean that landlords must respond to health and safety risks within a specific timescale.

What does this mean for you?

The most important thing is:

Report any problem as soon as you can, especially if you think it may be a risk to your safety.

Remember:

  • Don’t hesitate to contact us, even if you have other concerns such as rent arrears.
  • Our priority is keeping you safe in your home.
  • The sooner you report an issue, the quicker we can deal with it.
