Grŵp Cynefin expanding and investing in its in-house labour force to ensure efficiency
Grŵp Cynefin is making bold strides to make sure more of its homes across north Wales are ready for tenants sooner. As part of its commitment to quality and community impact, the organisation is expanding its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) – recruiting more skilled tradespeople in-house to deliver repairs, refurbishments and improvements more efficiently.
This strategic move will help turn empty houses into homes quicker, improve tenant satisfaction, and ensure every home reflects the values Grŵp Cynefin stands for.
“We’re investing in people, in terms of a huge recruitment drive for our expanding DLO, and in terms of our tenants and customers by investing in the long-term quality of our homes,” said Siôn G Roberts, Director of Property and Investment at Grŵp Cynefin.
“By growing our internal workforce, we can respond faster, build stronger relationships within the workforce and partners, and deliver work that truly reflects our commitment to high quality homes for our communities.”
Grŵp Cynefin is currently recruiting in Wrexham and Denbigh, with opportunities for plumbers, plasterers, painters, decorators and multi-skilled operatives to join its expanding team.
