Changes to Your Rent and Service Charge

Some of you will see a rent increase in October. If so, you will shortly receive a letter explaining what your rent will be and what your service charge will be from October onwards. A list will also be included showing what the service charge pays for. 

It is important that you read the letter when it arrives, and that you understand it. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us.
