Customer Journey Mapping Workshops

Grŵp Cynefin are working with Prodo to deliver a programme of Customer Journey Mapping workshops.
What is Customer Journey Mapping?
Customer journey mapping is a way to understand and improve how customers experience a service. It shows the steps they take — from first contact to after they’ve used your service. It helps you spot pain points and make the journey smoother and more satisfying.
We would like to invite tenants to be a part of as many of these workshops as possible and hope you can help us to make sure Grŵp Cynefin’s services are what you, as tenants, want and need.
Unfortunately, the timetable is very tight and as a result a the workshops take place over a very short timeframe (see below).
All sessions will take place in Grŵp Cynefin’s Denbigh Office (Tŷ John Glyn, 54 Vale Street, Denbigh LL16 3BW), however transport can be arranged for anyone wishing to take part as well as refreshments and lunch to be provided.
