We’re currently building 14 new homes in Nefyn. The homes are expected to be completed and ready for tenants by October 2026.

Betws-y-Coed
Five new homes are being built in Betws y Coed, some social rent and some intermediate rent.The homes are expected to be ready for tenants to move into in September 2026.
