Right Home, Right Size Task and Finish

We’ve now completed the Right Home, Right Size Task and Finish sessions, where tenants and staff teamed up to shape a new policy addressing overcrowding and under‑occupation. Your input has helped us create a clearer, more supportive approach that will make better use of our homes and offer the right help to tenants who may need to move to a more suitable property.

Next, we’ll focus on sharing the benefits of living in a home that’s the right size and preparing a launch package ready for April 2026.
