Seeking local views to shape the future of housing in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey

Do you live in or around Trearddur Bay?

Grŵp Cynefin is encouraging residents and those with a local connection to Trearddur Bay and surrounding communities to take part in a new housing questionnaire. They are particularly keen to hear from people who would be interested in living in the area, renting or buying a new home, if such homes became available.

The survey is part of Grŵp Cynefin’s ongoing commitment to supporting sustainable and vibrant communities across north Wales. By gathering local views, the housing association hopes to better understand current housing needs, which in turn will help inform any potential plans or developments for the area.

“This is about listening to local voices,” says Arwyn Evans, Head of Development at Grŵp Cynefin.

“This questionnaire will help us understand what people need and where we can make a difference. We hear of people having to move away because they simply can’t afford to rent or buy locally – even if they were born and raised in the area. But it’s vital that we have clear, information about the level and type of housing need before we can look at how we might help and begin to plan.”

The questionnaire is open to anyone with a connection to Trearddur Bay, including those who live, work, or have family in the area. It only takes a few minutes to complete, and all responses will be treated confidentially in line with UK GDPR.
