Damp and mould in your home can cause concern, especially in the cold weather. 

If you have damp or mould in your home, it’s important that you contact us. The sooner you tell us, the sooner we can start dealing with it.  

If it’s a problem that’s been there  a while, please let us know. We can’t take steps to help unless we know there’s  problem, no matter how big or small. 

We as a landlord, are here to help solve the problem.  

We will send an officer out to assess the situation within seven working days of receiving a request. (Please note that we are closed over the Christmas period) 

We will then do everything we can to deal with the problem quickly and easily.
