What is important to us is that we give
you the best possible service
To ensure we do this, we need you to tell us what we do well, and where we can improve.
Although we try to make sure we do everything right the first time, sometimes things may go wrong or we could have done things better. In addition, when we have done things right, we appreciate your thanks and positive comments. We can then share that as good practice among staff to ensure that our service continues to improve. Either way, we want you to tell us.
How to express an opinion about the Association’s services?
We would like to hear if you are pleased with our services. We can then share this as good practice among staff to ensure that our service continues to improve.
How to praise?
If you wish to make a compliment, please feel free to contact the Customer Services Team on
- Contact us
- Complete the Praise or Complain form below
If you are unhappy with something, we recommend that you talk to us first by contacting the team or the individual who dealt with the matter in question. It can be:
- that you are unhappy with the quality of repair work, or the time taken to complete repair work.
- regarding a lack of information, a mistake or a misunderstanding that can be resolved immediately.
Wherever possible, the team or individual will try to resolve the matter for you, if they can’t, you will be told what the next steps are and when these will be done.
What to do if you have a complaint?
If you continue to feel dissatisfied after making an informal complaint, or if the matter is such that it cannot be dealt with informally as suggested above, then you can submit the matter as a formal complaint by contacting the Senior Performance Officer on 0300 111 2122 / send an email to email@example.com or complete the form below. This Officer will act independently, and explain the complaints procedure and the next steps, as stated in our Complaints Policy.
If you are not happy with the way we have dealt with your complaint, you are then welcome to contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
