Extensive experience of working at a strategic level in a public body, he was Director of Operations for Natural Resources Wales before retiring. He now sits on a few management boards including Eryri National Park Authority and is a former chair of Canllaw Management Board, a subsidiary of Grŵp Cynefin.

A senior executive for 20 years, Nigel has a well-rounded knowledge and experience of all aspects of running and leading successful, efficient, customer-focused, and socially responsible community-based housing associations.

Chief Executive of a housing association in England. Mike has a wealth of experience in the social housing field and is a member of a number of Management Boards.

Chief Finance Officer with a Housing Association with over 10 years experience in housing at an executive level .  As well as his finance roles, Paul has also taken responsibility for numerous large-scale development and regeneration projects.

Former Director in the RESI team within Centrus who provide corporate finance advisory support for a range of clients across sectors. Before joining Centrus Tony was Head of the Lloyds Bank Social Housing finance team.

A solicitor at Darwin Gray LLP, specialising in housing law, tenancy, and property.

Former senior leadership team member within a housing association and over 20 years’ experience in communications and public affairs across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

An experienced Governance, Regulation and Compliance Manager, and Company Secretary. Also a knowledgeable and experienced Non‐Executive Board Member.

Extensive asset management experience both at an operational and strategic level. Also holds numerous compliance professional qualifications.

Catherine Elaine Jones is a tenant with extensive experience of community involvement and public service. She has served as a Town Councillor and Mayor, as well as contributing to a number of community committees. Catherine also brings experience of adult learning and community engagement, having previously served as Vice Chair of the All Wales Adult Learners Forum. As a tenant, she brings valuable lived experience and a strong understanding of the issues that matter to tenants and local communities.

Dr Rebecca Colley-Jones has over 25 years’ experience in sustainability, resource efficiency and the circular economy, alongside significant board-level and non-executive experience. She is a Non-Executive Director of Natural Resources Wales and Chair of Menter Môn, with particular expertise in governance, risk oversight, sustainable development and stakeholder engagement. Rebecca holds a PhD in circular economy business models and an MBA in Environmental Management and is a Chartered Resources and Wastes Manager.
