Supported Housing
Our supported housing is for people of all ages who need extra support to live independently.
The main aim of Supported Housing is to help people live safely in their own homes and to thrive in their communities.
We have a team of housing officers who work closely with a range of agencies and care and support organisations. Together, we provide homes for people with additional support needs in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Wrexham and Flintshire.
