Welsh Language Scheme

We have adopted the principle, that in the conduct of public business in Wales, that it will treat the Welsh and English languages on the basis of equality. This scheme notes how we will operate that principle in providing services to the public in Wales. ​

Complaints Policy

We are committed to ‘putting the customer first’ to improve the quality of our services and the experience of our customers.
We welcome the opinions of our customers. Complaints are important to us in order to highlight the areas that we are operating well, and where we need to focus on in order to improve future services.

Data Protection Policy

To do our job as a housing association we collect and store personal information about our tenants, other people who reside in our properties and housing applicants. This information (from tenancy forms, housing officer interviews etc) is known as ‘personal data’. The law gives you the right to know what information we hold about you and requires us to use it fairly and properly in ways you understand. You can also have the information corrected if it is wrong.

Equality and Diversity Policy

We are committed to ensuring and promoting equality and diversity for all in its employment and all its services across the Group in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. We will seek to ensure that people are not subject to discrimination or harassment on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race (including colour, ethnicity and nationality), religion and belief, sexual orientation in its employment and service provision.
