We work closely in partnership with the different counties to let our rental homes and find new tenants.
Every county has their own system and register for community landlord properties in the county.
The register gives priority based on date of application; therefore you should register as soon as you can.
How will I know if I’ve secured a Grŵp Cynefin home?
When one of our properties becomes available, we will ask for the details of the tenant at the top of the county register.
If you are at the top, a Grwp Cynefin Housing Officer will be in touch to discuss your application and to share the details of your new home with you.
