Regulatory Judgement 2018 Wednesday 31 October 2018
Grŵp Cynefin is a Registered Social Landlord, and this means that we are regulated by the Welsh Government Regulatory Team.
The Welsh Government has issued guidance that sets out the objectives that each Housing Association is expected to provide, which relates to housing services, governance and financial management.
Every year, as part of the Regulatory process, Grŵp Cynefin conducts a self-evaluation of our activities to show how we meet the relevant guidelines. This self-evaluation is then shared with the Welsh Government’s Housing Regulation Team, who challenges the content and looks back over the year on our achievements. The results forms a report published by the Welsh Government.
The following Regulatory Judgement report has been published for Grŵp Cynefin on 31 October 2018:
Co-Regulation Status – October 2018
Governance and Services - Standard
• Identifies and manages new and emerging risks appropriately.
Financial Viability - Standard
