Grŵp Cynefin office closure during Coronavirus outbreak Wednesday 18 March 2020
As the situation changes rapidly across the communities we serve, we have decided that we need to close our offices to the public, to make sure we keep residents, customers and staff safe.
We will be closing the doors of all our offices across the operating area from the end of Wednesday 18 March. This means that many of our staff will work from home to ensure our services can continue.
Our frontline teams continue to support our most vulnerable tenants and service users in the home and in the community, following the latest advice from Public Health Wales and taking the proactive measures as required.
We will monitor this situation on a daily basis and inform you of any changes to our services as soon as possible. I would like to stress that we are still available to you during this time, by phone on 0300 111 2122, by email at email@example.com, and on social media.
