Gorwel and South Gwynedd Domestic Abuse Service merge today Friday 31 March 2017
Today, the 31st of March 2017, Gorwel and South Gwynedd Domestic Abuse Service merge as part of Grŵp Cynefin.
After working closely for over 25 years, this significant milestone means that now, one entity will provide support services for the victims of domestic abuse in Gwynedd and Môn.
Carina Roberts, Grŵp Cynefin’s Community Services Director, said:
“It’s great today to be able to formally welcome the staff from South Gwynedd Domestic Abuse Services to Grŵp Cynefin. I would like to thank all the staff for their dedication to ensuring achieving our aim today.
What is important is that we continue to provide support to individuals who need help. By being proactive and creating a strong partnership, we are in a position to protect and strengthen these important services”
