Pre-planning application consultation

Grŵp Cynefin, in partnership with a private developer, are looking to submit a full planning application for the erection of 37 homes, creation of a new access and internal access road, consolidation of Public Right of Way route, drainage and associated setting out of plots on land adjoining Pant Du,Ffordd Y Sir, Penygroes, Caernarfon, LL54 6HE. We invite residents to comment on the proposed plans as part of publicity and consultation before applying for planning permission (Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012).

We extend an open invitation to the community to examine the proposals and comment on them before Grŵp Cynefin proceeds to submit a formal planning application to Gwynedd Council for consideration. Comments received will be included in a Pre-Application Consultation Report to accompany the planning application, setting out how any comments have been addressed.

The consultation period commences on the 11th August 2017 and will end on the 12th September 2017. Representations should be made during this period only.

An open day will take place on the 21st August between 3.30pm – 6.30pm at Neuadd Goffa Penygroes, 11 Clynnog Road, Penygroes, Caernarfon, LL54 6NP. This is an opportunity for interested parties to discuss the plans with representatives from Grŵp Cynefin.
